Massage is a form of bodywork that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, promotes general well-being and helps prevent future illnesses and injuries.  Massage is a manual therapy that manipulates the soft tissue and decreases muscle tension, pain and stress.


There are many therapeutic benefits of being massaged regularly.

Massage Therapy is great for babies, athletes, the elderly, the tired, and those with chronic pain. Massage Therapy is not good for anyone with severe Osteoporosis or anyone on a blood thinning medication.

I have been practicing Massage Therapy and Reflexology for almost 19 years. I graduated from the New York College of Health Professions in 1996. I offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Raindrop Therapy, Amma, Reflexology and Hot Stone Therapy. I am certified to do Pre-Natal Massage and I am certified to both teach and apply Infant Massage. I am also a professional childbirth coach and I teach Natural childbirth classes. I am thoroughly excited to be joining Dr. Vinny’s team at The Natural Healing Center.
