Massage Therapy is great for babies, athletes, the elderly, the tired, and those with chronic pain. Massage Therapy is not good for anyone with severe Osteoporosis or anyone on a blood thinning medication.

I have been practicing Massage Therapy and Reflexology for almost 19 years. I graduated from the New York College of Health Professions in 1996. I offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Raindrop Therapy, Amma, Reflexology and Hot Stone Therapy. I am certified to do Pre-Natal Massage and I am certified to both teach and apply Infant Massage. I am also a professional childbirth coach and I teach Natural childbirth classes.
